Terms and Conditions of the Dogsurance Partner Program

Please read the terms and conditions below for each program within Dogsurance Partner Program. Please check the appropriate box(es) on Dogsurance Partner Program Sign Up Form.

Online Partner Program

Joining The Dogsurance Partner Program gives you the ability to earn a 20% commission on online courses and 10% commission on select products, when a visitor you send to our website, at www.dogsurance.org, completes a transaction.

Program Overview
Dogsurance offers occupational dog bite prevention training and education products through our online store at www.dogsurance.org. It is only through orders placed on our website that we are able to pay the commissions listed above.

Marketing Materials
Log into the Partner Area to access all the free marketing materials. All images to use on your website, in social media, and in emails can be found under the “Creatives” section. You may use pictures off the Dogsurance website in your marketing of our products on your own site or in your own social media.

Payment Tracking
There are three separate ways you can direct traffic to our site and generate income from any sales made on Dogsurance.org. Please follow one of these rules to be properly credited for sales you send to us:

  1. You must have the tracking scripts provided in your Partner Admin Area when you post on the web, in social media, and in emails for our system to properly credit your account when a purchase is made.
  2. Register your domain(s) with us through the Partner Admin Area and send traffic to our site without any tracking scripts.
  3. Register for a custom branded Partner Page with your own logo and send your traffic to your page, which resides on our websites and credit your company with all sales made on that page.

Commission Rates and Return Days
Base commission is 20% of the net amount received for online course purchases and 10% of the net amount received from product purchases. Members of the Good Dog Pro subscription service earn 30% of the net amount received for online course purchases and 10% of the net amount received from product purchases.

The net amount is calculated by the amount actually received from the customer, less any discounts, refunds paid out, shipping and handling, applicable sales and other taxes if any were charged. We offer our Dogsurance Program Partners a 30-day return window which means we’ll pay you a commission from select product sales for up to 30 days from the visitor’s original visit to the site. You agree that Dogsurance can deduct refunds for merchandise from any amount owed to you.

Exempt Products
A manufacturer or distributor of a product that is being used in any Good Dog subscription or is being sold individually on the Good Dog site, is exempt from earning commission on that product or subscription.

Reporting
The Partner Area provides real-time tracking information of all the individual commissions earned.

Payments

Payments are sent when the earned commission is above $50. All payments are sent within 30 days of the month following the earned commission, when the total amount owed to the Partner is $50 or more. Payments are sent through Payouts Service, a service of Sandhills Development, LLC, through ACH bank deposits or debit cards (debit card payments are only available in the United States). Payments will be shown as made by Sandhills Development, LLC. All affiliates who are US based with US based bank accounts will receive a 1099-MISC that will be distributed by Sandhills Development, LLC. Payments take from 3 to 15 days, depending on the country of record of the receiving bank account.
